The Simrad HS70 brings a series of new features to a traditional heading sensor including heave, rate of turn, pitch and roll output. The HS70 uses SBAS (WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS, etc.) for differential GPS positioning providing a low cost, yet highly effective heading and position based smart antenna. The HS70 delivers extremely time-to-first-fix, and excellent in-band and out-of-band interference rejection.

Simrad Broadband 4G™ is the first dome radar to employ Beam Sharpening. This technology enables a new feature called Target Separation Control, which improves the Azimouth resolution, or effective antenna horizontal beam width, up to double the resolution of any 18-inch dome radar. The SA50 SART (Search and Rescue Transponder) enables any rescue vessel or aircraft fitted with radar to locate and steer to your position, dramatically increasing your chance of rescue should the unthinkable happen. As the smallest and lightest SART available today, the SA50 can be easily stowed, making it ideal for yachts and powerboats where space may be at a premium.
